Looks like a memorial park at the Big Hole battle site. It seems to have symbolic tipi structures as well contributing to the atmosphere.

I guess pretty much the main government building in Bhutan. It apparently includes a throne room and the King's office. It also looks big and kinda pretty.

Siduhe Bridge
This Sidu River Bridge, or Siduhe Bridge, seems to be the highest bridge in the world. Looks big and impressive and Chinese.
