National Library of Belarus
The National Library of Belarus in Minsk has a large geometrically-shaped feature (some kind of modified -hedron or something... it's got a name I think) as its main visual interest, it seems. The scenery around Minsk also looks odd, possibly due to the strange-ish cruel-ish government they appear to have.
